Welcome back healthy46
You've got a lot on your plate but you're doing best by them, I reckon, by making sure you look after yourself first. Plus glad that you're in a good place at the moment.
Many people here that are doing well will tell you that to make the most of your chances, use this forum to the max (I'd say daily ). Join in the weekly weigh-in, the Events, the Challenges, the general chit chat and take time to read the posts and replies which are both informative and motivating.
Not much but hopefully enough to keep you going

What a positive post healthy46 and well done for committing to doing this when it would be so easy to use your various caring responsibilities as an excuse as to why you cannot do this.
I wish you every success and look forward to sharing your journey.
