Hi, I am going to start on Monday. Seems a good day to start. I was already overweight, but over the last year I have put on a stone and a half through comfort eating. Need to stop now and lose about 3 stone.

I find calorie counting hard. My route will be:

1 eat only when I'm physically hungry

2 eat slow

3 stop when not physically hungry.

I can't sustain kale smoothies but I can change my habits.

You can too I reckon.
