Along with all the low calorie food and fruits 🍉 I’ve been doing gentle Exercises and one I’ve quite liked doing as been steps using a StepOmeter it’s a little counter that clips to your belt or waist so far since Monday I’ve done 15,644 which roughly means 2,000 to a mile so have quick walked probably about 6miles the rest just pottering around be surprised what you miss around where you live by driving only now we have some fine weather I may increase my steps well probably will this first week I set steps up for 10,000 well I smashed that in 5days so I’ll be increasing as we go on don’t know if this will take any fat off won’t know till Tuesday weigh in

Well done on increasing your exercise (and thanks for editing that word yes I did spot it before you edited )
I aim for 8,000 steps per day, other aim for 10,000 per day I started at 6,000 per day and have slowly increased Wising you all the best with it
