Morning People of the weight loss,
Well I must confess I've not got out on the bike as planned. The bike is up n running, but I can't find my biking gear, not yet anyway - helmet, gloves, shoes etc. I think if there was an award for planning to do something, but then doing something completely different, i'm right up there :).
Anyway, I made the decision of rather than waste my window for exercise time this morning by searching in the loft and/or shed for the biking gear, I had to get out the door and up and at em. Soooooo I went for my second jog of the week. I picked a landmark and got there and back. I'm really chuffed with myself as its over the distance I earlier in the week. To celebrate I'm having Seabass for my dinner - you can get 2 in a pack at aldi, boneless too! - I then add loose leaf spinach in the salad bags..place in a microwave bowl for 2 mins with a little water and this reduces down to steamed spinach, add some rice, throw in some capers on the fish, in the spinach, plus more veggies of your choice..I'm also a big fan of broccoli and/or pak choi too. I cook them the same way as the spinach....all very quick while the fish cooks in the frying pan- use low fat oil. You can have a little low fat mayo on the side, or some tasty sauce to add...whatever tickles your taste buds. Anyway, that's my low cal meal for later..already looking forward to that one. Really tasty. Feeling good on a Friday. Now must find my biking gear today. Might even make it out on the bike tomorrow! Have a great Friday. Go do something!! Life is good.
