Well that was not very nice to say the least, Dammed right awful, getting the hang of free cal checker. To tell the truth if it looked good on the photo packaging it useably ended up in my fat gut well first day over I’ll stop bitching now it’s my choice no one else’s 😇😇 thanks for reading

The calorie checking business is a bit of a faff at first but gets easier all the time. Most people use apps; if you want any tips about which to choose, just post a query specifically about that and you'll get some ideas.

It takes a while to change habits and find new ones, so go easy on yourself, makes some positive choices this week that you wouldn't have done last week and so on - it will start to fall into place :)

I know. Most of us have spent years eating a certain way without thinking much about it, until we see the effects. See my other reply to you about checking your calorie range.

Sorry you were hungry and struggled yesterday. I hope you have had chance to read all the welcome information you were given yesterday, especially the bit about eating enough calores. Please check your own personal calorie target range here. nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Healthyw... We always advise starting towards the top of the range, being hungry is the single biggest cause of weight loss failure.

Be kind to yourself, it takes time to change eating habits, no one is perfect! 😊

No 'telling off' here FT, that is usually only going to be counterproductive. Positivity is by far the better way forward.

Good luck!

Like Trierisme mentioned, it's good to let off steam on occasion... done it a few times here myself.

This forum will make you happier through osmosis :)

What’s osmosis is it a smiley face or another thing

Rather than me give you the wrong explanation, here is the dictionary definition...

the process of gradual or unconscious assimilation of ideas, knowledge, etc.

I’m not a very learned man but I read a few books .

That word could mean Forum as in the old Roman / Greek days when they met to discuss the world as they knew it what a wonderful word
