I am planning on starting the 12 week programme tomorrow and I am aiming for 2 stone weight loss. Very achievable and if I loose more it shall be a bonus. This equates to just over 2lbs a week.
Too many times in the past I have given myself unachievable weight loss goals which I never achieved and just became disheartened. I have also tried every diet in the book. Sliiming world, Scottish slimmers, weight watchers, slim fast, Cambridge, drops, pills etc! None of these diets have worked long term so going back to basics - eat less and move more. (And drink more water!)
I presume I am around 15stone. Ideally would like to be 10 stone by this time next year. #goals
Geared with my 12 week plan and my fit bit I aim to conquer the weight loss challenge which has been hindering me for around 10 years.
Wish everyone the best of luck on your weight loss journey.
