We have weigh in's everyday, I'm hosting today's and if you would like to come and join us, as long as Friday is a good day for you to weigh - then just follow this link. We have others who weigh around the same weight as you and have just started with us in the past couple of weeks.

Welcome Janemary68 , nice photo.
You've come to the right place and even though this forum is brilliant, I tend to think that we get more out of it when we give also. I believe, that sort of attitude will help you stay strong.
Good luck!

Welcome to the club!
What a lovely photo Janemary68. You will find loads of support on here. We all help each other. Getting into the habit of eating what’s good for your body and wellbeing is the most important to start with. You will soon notice that you don’t really want the ‘rubbish’ foods anymore. You owe it to yourself. Go girl - you can do it 👏😄
Welcome Janemary
You have made the right step ...so much support and many great ideas ...
