Hi everyone. New here, yo yo dieter for as long as i can remember, biggest i have ever been at the moment and decided enough was enough. Going to give this a go and hopefully feel comfortable in my own skin by summer....i havent in a long long time. Im looking forward to reading all the tips and tricks, and to stay motivated by seeing all your successful stories. 😊

Thank you. I hope so. Its so emotional and stressful when you try so hard and get nowhere, or you loose weight and then put more on, i hope seeing as this is a life change that it works and im able to stick to it. Alot of people on here have done amazing and have been able to keep it up so im taking that as a good sign. ☺

I agree about seeing it as a life change. I said somewhere else today, that was a bit of a revelation to me, yet it's so obvious. Just eating normal food at normal times in normal quantities and enjoying it! It's changed my attitude to eating step by step and is still doing so. :)

Thats brilliant well done. It does make sense lol we need re-educated. Well we are in the right place and everyone is so nice and supportive which is half the battle. 😊
