I am sure that as you have a healthy BMI you know to take deep breath, forget about it and start again from now.
At least they were mini ones Pumpkins....
Just draw a line under this - you would have to eat quite a few to get an immediate effect - and start again!
Bakewells are difficult to resist, I love them.

I find that when I write down exactly what I'm going to eat the following day that I'm much more likely to commit to that and resist.

Yes the question is WHY?
Were you bored /lonely/sad?
(emotional eating)
Were you tempted because they were calling you?
( keep them out of sight for planned treats)
Were you hungry? Are you getting enough protein and nourishment?
Now put it behind you.
Treats taste soooo much better when you have planned for them and ENJOY them with no regrets😀

I'm afraid I can beat you- I had a whole bag of Bombay Mix, wine gums and 3/4 bag of roasted monkey nuts- an extra 1500 calories I think I worked it out as! I bought them after my work after my walk I knew I shouldn't have but I did and then the damage was done- wasn't even hungry just a bit bored. I dread to think what my weight will be on Sunday, though since I was slightly under my target weight, I will still be within my range!
