Hello. You have a Healthy BMI badge which is really great, and you don't seem to weigh that much unless you are very short, so I don't think you can be fat, and I bet you are not ugly either - that's not a nice thing to call yourself. Why do you want to weigh less?

I'm exercising a lot and my weight loss is slow, which is frustrating. Maybe you're gaining muscle, which is denser than fat. I think one of the admins mentioned on another thread that whilst your muscles are recovering from exercise they hold onto fluid, or something like that.
Are you measuring yourself - sometimes the loss turns up sooner on the tape measure than the scales.
Be kind to yourself. You have a healthy BMI badge so you're obviously doing something right.
I am 5 ft 1 and now 73kg . Honestly I don't feel fat or ugly . At this weight I still have a long way to go but shedding 7kg I actually feel better even at this weight. Don't let a week of not taking off a few pounds be a worry . The exercise had many internal and psychological benefits that we can't always see .
