I've noticed a bit of a pattern these last few weeks... I'll do pretty well all week, then on Wednesday, my day for the weigh-in, I scoff a bunch of stuff and end up disappointed.

I find it hard to also not reward a successful weigh in with food!!! 🤭 it’s just so convenient I guess and old habits die hard. I’m really cheering you on today and I’m sure you can do it👌💪
I’m off to the shop to get some raspberries, yoghurt and cashew nuts to snack on while I work...

maybe that could be a good idea! i went with the evening just because i usually weigh more then so thought i'd measure the upper bound rather than lower. but your point about water weight makes a lot of sense... maybe i'll start doing morning weigh-ins in future!
