A good 1st day 😀

I started this morning and I’ve had a really good day, not felt particularly hungry! Enjoyed what I’ve eaten much more than I did doing SW and managed to stay just under 1400kcal 😀 I also went for a walk and did 11,456 steps - all in all a good day, roll on tomorrow!!

Congrats ilovedogs it all sounds good and positive.

Out of interest did you run the NHS BMI calculator to get your calorie range.

Have a good day 2.

Good to hear you had a good day and enjoyed what you ate but under 1400 cals sounds too low

Please do the NHS BMI calculator as it will give you a calorie range for you personally

I did mine and ate at the lower end of the range to start with and couldn't work out why I didn't lose weight

Then I was advised by this wonderful forum to eat at the mid to higher range and I couldn't believe the results - I started to lose weight

Also in the interest of safety please read this thread about locking your posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Good stuff, keep that positive approach :)

I'd just second or third or whatever the other posters in saying be guided by the NHS BMI calculator and don't under-eat. If you want to stick with this, you'll be developing a new approach for life, and a "diet" won't help you do that.
