Tortilla chips!

Had a couple,of whole meal tortilla wraps left from the weekend... cut them into wedges, spread on a greased baking tray and baked at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

I served them alongside a tomato and bean stew topped with 50g of feta cheese - lovely they were! A really nice texture.

I can see these featuring more often with some meals - chilli, or topped with salsa, sliced avocado, grated cheese, soured cream..... mmmmm

One tortilla was 179 calories....

Ooh, what a cracking idea, I almost always have two leftover from a packet, even when I've had leftovers for lunch the next day.

Another thing I want to try is using them as very thin pizza bases -bit of sliced tomato, some tuna and grated cheese -maybe a few olives 😍

The make great pizza bases, or quiche cases too 😊. They taste so different baked don’t they?

That bean stew looks good 😊

I've done this, can definitely recommend. My tip is to brush a little water round the outer edge to prevent burnt edges :)

That's what I do with them - we call them camping pizza because they are thin enough to heat in a frying pan and grated cheese still melts - ovenless pizza!
