If Iโm out and about or at work then a good choice is:
1/4 cup of dry quinoa (simmer for 15 mins on the hob with double the amount of water)
When cooked mix with:
chopped cucumber,
chopped tomatoes,
28g chopped feta,
chopped spring onion,
tsp of olive oil & a
tsp of apple cider vinegar (can use any vinegar really like balsamic if you prefer)
pinch of dried coriander, salt & pepper.
Itโs approximately 190 calories, you can also add a boiled egg for an additional 85 calories plus double the quantities and make enough for two days.
If Iโm working from home I make soups bulked out with lentils ๐
I lost 1 stone 7 lbs from September to December by doing that. Itโs calories in v calories out.
The big companies out there which Iโve tried basically do that but either in points or sins. They are also a business.

I canโt exercise much as I have a bulging disc . But I will start when I can as I miss it. If you include exercise you will lose faster. And remember to up your protein. Keeps you fuller for longer.
