Hi and welcome, MissMimor
We are not medically trained and you may find this community more appropriate for your anxiety

Processed carbs make you feel more hungry, by spiking an insulin response, followed by a crash. Eating fresh, unprocessed, low GI foods should help.
I'd like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out. If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and respond to others there, you'll soon break the ice. Here's the link

You'll find all the information you need to navigate the forum in the header, so please take the time to read it carefully.
Wishing you all the best
Welcome MissMimor youll find people here very supportive.
Anxiety: walking, being outdoors, talking to trusted people or a professional, self care and mindfulness all may help.
Appetite: I found advice in NHS 12 week plan very helpful, high fibre and higher protein foods fill you up. Porridge is good for breakfast. You’ll find you get used to a lower calorie diet after a few weeks.
Thank you all
Appetite, you will be hungry if you cut down, I accept it and it will fade but then your brain will be having a massive tantrum about its lack of sugar, fats etc..mine does so I tell it off and ignore it after a while...failing that I put it on the naughty step (do they still have those these days, for brains?)
Anxiety is what it is, being anxious about something or other, all I can offer is to give it a perspective and then maybe it might not be so dominant
