Hello there!

I am a newbie as well- I needed to shed 36kg ( around 5 and 1/2 stone) to lose my obese label......and 1 month in I have lost 9kg - so 1/4 of the way there!

Its a long road ahead for us - but together we can do it!

Small steps hun. I am trying to sort out what I eat and then start the proper exercise next week. If I try and do it all in one go I give up. So first weight in tomorrow and then the exercise starts. You will find what works best for you. X
