Hi Guys - it’s me again. The newbie.

According to the NHS BMI calculater it’s saying that my calorie intake should be between 1765-2135.

If I set a calorie limit of 1765 into my NutraCheck app, should I start to see pounds dropping off? Obviously with exercise too

Hi claphamg32

I did the lower end of the calorie range to start with and didn't lose weight, when I went to middle to higher range, after advice on here, the weight started to move in the right direction ;)

Wishing you a fantastic week and look forward to seeing how you get on :)

Definitely start at the higher end so younhave ‘soemwhere to go’ as you lose weight claphamg32 but as Concerned also points out, not all calories are equal, food quality is also important 😊
