Welcome back to healthy eating shogg I think you have done the best thing by drawing a line under what has happened and moving on to your tried and tested plan.

Come on regularly to get the most out of the forum. Don't forget about the weigh in and Daily Diary, they may help you can also join any (or every) one of the challenges.

whats the daily diary thing

It is where people write their plans and calories (for those that count calories). It really helps with accountability and you get to pinch lots of menu ideas from others.

You will find it in events every day. Pop in and have a look, might be helpful.

Hi Shogg, every year I "do ok" with the dinner part but the snacks and alcohol between Christmas and New year do some damage 🤔

Hi Steve,

Great to see you, and hope you have a lovely weekend and that 2018 will bring you lots of positive things.

I've had a head cold over Christmas, and I admit I've been over-eating a bit - but trying to keep it in check. Hoping to 'get back on track' - but it is a challenging time!

Wishing us lots of luck to succeed with our goals! Wishing you the very best for a great year ahead.

Zest :-) xx

I was moving house over Xmas! Did me a favour & then found the cooker didn't work hence not much of an Xmas dinner but as I'm into my health more than food it was fine & as a result I've hit my next target 😎👍 best Christmas present ever 👍

Good luck 👍
