well had a blow out for xmas dinner but been back on it since then trying to eat 2000 kals no fear for new years dinner as i,ll be on my own so no big dinner then hit it hard for 6 weeks before back to the dietitians
anyone else had a blow out with there dinner

I've had a head cold over Christmas, and I admit I've been over-eating a bit - but trying to keep it in check. Hoping to 'get back on track' - but it is a challenging time!

I was moving house over Xmas! Did me a favour & then found the cooker didn't work hence not much of an Xmas dinner but as I'm into my health more than food it was fine & as a result I've hit my next target 😎👍 best Christmas present ever 👍
