I have decided that because Christmas approached so quickly after I came back from my holiday that I would make my new year's resolution to restart my diet and stay focused on it and get as much motivation from others as I can to help me lose weight to look as good as I can on my wedding day.

Welcome back Sheryl. I started my healthier eating on Boxing day. I just could not eat anymore and want to get healthy. I am going to grab the future by storm this 2018.
