Hi Claire , best of luck on your journey , i too love to sit and munch on chocolates or ice cream or crisps but after having a good dose of cop on , i now love feeling better and fitter as I’m heading for the 2 st loss mark , unfortunately there’s no magic wand but i find with a little willpower and a little discipline it’s very achievable. Btw if i really really fancy a bit of chocolate , i take a curly wurly out of the fridge , break a piece off and sit back on the sofa , it’s so strange that I won’t continuously keep going back for me but if I’d brought it with me to the sofa i’d have scoffed the lot . 😄
