I am happy to be here, I have registered today I just started my a diet and daily routine exercises. I do not clearly determined my goal for 1 year later, do i have to determine a goal. Is it beneficial for me. If yes, what kind of goal it should be. Many thanks

We all handle it in our own way cafer_yalakkaya . I'm not thinking too much about my end goal as I'd find that too challenging. I set a first target as 7lbs, which I've now reached, and my current target is 1 stone. I know what my next target will be. I'm trying not to set time scales on it and just look for downward progress.
