I think Dobo may be talking about me giving up crisps for December- I called it Denyember- my take on Stoptober with the alcohol!

Hello moreless - RG07 described the meaning - I guess I see it as a kind of self-denial of Christmas treats similar to cutting out sweets, or whatever in Lent! I shall try anyway!
