So I started last Monday and have now completed a week. I have lost 8 pounds and 1-4 ounces. I am doing ok and haven’t succumbed to temptation yet... I know it will come!!. Anyway, I need to jazz up my tea time meals... what do you guys have for tea? What’s your favourite ?

I like really spicy and flavoursome food and it can be low calorie and satisfying. Chicken breast which is rubbed with olive oil and Cajun spices or fajita spices is so much better than plain grilled. There are some excellent recipes in the 8 week blood sugar diet recipe book
Try roasting baby peppers brushed with olive oil . They don’t take long and are delicious with roast sweet potato wedges
I opted not to have anything at tea time once I realized it was one of my greatest downfall times. I prefer to have three filling meals a day and its worked good for me.
