Sorry to hear you have had an emotional day today Nicole_98 . Maybe you need a pick me up, why not plan a nice breakfast to look forward to in the morning as you haven't eaten enough today with your Apple and late tea so that may be adding to how you feel. Here's a (((hug))) to make you feel better, dry your tears and try and have a good night sleep. :)

I'm sending hugs as well and think YellowRose55 's advice is great. I think you should also plan something nice to do tomorrow with your boyfriend. Maybe you need to try and get to the bottom of what is getting you down and making you tearful. It's not always easy to do but it would help.

Go and make yourself a soothing hot drink and get a good nights sleep.

(((hugs)))) 💐

Im glad you had a good sleep. A couple of suggestions for you

1 how about joining the happiness challenge here is the link for yesterday so that you can have a read and see what it is about, a new one will be posted for today

healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

When you are feeling down it can be hard to do, but that is why it helps. You don't have to complete the whole challenge to start with. Maybe just do the 3 positives. It will honestly help to change your mindset and we are very supportive.

2. Are you more depressed in the winter, if so taking VitD could help, using a light box in the morning, goggle SAD.

St Johns Wort is also good for mild depression. You can get it from health food shops, but do not take if you are on other medication or the pill before checking with your Doctor.

I am not medically trained and my advice comes from my experience only.

If things don't improve go to your Doctor Nicole. There is a lot of help out there.

I hope you have a good day 😊X

Thank you

I'm so sorry to hear that you've had a bad day Nicole_98.

It's bad enough to be tearful when you can pinpoint the behind it, but worse when you have no specific reason for how low you are feeling.

Perhaps you just really need a good sleep, as everything is amplified if you're exhausted?

Have a good rest, then do something you enjoy to recharge your batteries.

Hope today goes so much better for you ... x

Hormonal ups and downs can cause weepiness for no apparent reason.....if you are young, it could be the pill, if you are older, menopausal hormonal swings can cause weepiness too. Try and keep a track of your mood swings to see if they are related to your monthly cycle, and then talk to your GP. Hopefully it is something more simple that time will resolve. The sun comes out again after every storm!

Im not on pill but it could relate to my cycle, thank you !! X

If you can a pamper day is called for . You definately didnt eat enough yesterday.Your body needs nourishment especially in this cold weather. That in itself will help your mind which also needs nourishment just now. Only you can figure out what will suit you in order to be kind to yourself today. Sometimes for me its a day of ignoring h---e w--k and just doing the essentials, relaxing reading a book or watching a good film Hopefully you can do something nice with your boy friend but try and have a good breakfast to start off. Hopefully after another nights sleep tonight you will feel better tomorrow. Its often just sheer tiredness that makes us feel that way and we all do get like that at times. Hugs from me xI ve just read wat you had for breakfast Nicole Personally I feel you could do with some protein in there but thats just my opinion .Its Brrrrr here so I have just had 2 eggs in an omlette and a punnet of mushrooms chopped up cooked in the microwave with Frylight and served with my omlette Im now having my cuppa but I feel full and thats me set up until lunchtime.

So sorry you're feeling rubbish. I get like that too and for no explained reason. Just ride it through, go slowly today if you can and enjoy a boyfriend hug. It will pass xx

What ever is going on you alone are responsible for what you eat

Remember that as you go to put anything in your mouth it is up to you

Take charge

Aw that stinks! The body and brain are mysterious, you're probably just going through a random low. But look how many people have rushed to help you, you have support here for sure!

Have a caffeinated drink, it's been proven to help release a wee supply of happy-chemicals.

How ya feeling now?

I’ve had days like that- and often linked to feeling like I’ve failed in some way. I don’t know if you will find it helpful but what sometimes works is not dwelling on the ‘why’ as sometimes there isn’t a rational reason, but do something positive to distract- it doesn’t need to be big- even just freshening up and putting make up on if you haven’t done that, or going for a short walk outside or reading a good book for a few minutes- and then once you’ve done the one thing, often motivation comes to do other stuff and before you know it, you’ve turned your mood around.

Be gentle with yourself Nicole_98 and rest up. Plan some simple nourishment today and a nice stroll in the Autumn leaves with your boyfriend. This will pass😊
