Off on holiday tomo so this will be a testing time as I'm the only one in my family eating just the 3 meals daily. For example we are all meeting at 230 tomorrow in a pancake house which is right in between my meal times. I will just have to watch others enjoy this time and remind myself to me such foods trigger binge eating that just makes me sick. Have a wonderful day all.
