Weight loss

I currently weigh 15 St and 2lbs and wanna be around 11 or 12 st. But I feel like my eating is what's holding me back, I just love eating and can't control my portion and it really frustrates me.

I feel your frustration.

One of the links at the top of the Newbie Club welcome, is to the NHS 12 week plan which many people here are following/have followed. Did you get a chance to read up on it as that will take you step by step.

If you have any questions about that or anything else, the beauty of this forum, is that there is always someone happy to help you.

As another poster has said, the NHS 12 week plan is a good place to start, and using NHS BMI checker, which gives you a range for your calorie intake.

Maybe look at both of those and then take stock. Are you ready right now to give this a go? (sounds as tho' you are). The thought of losing 3-4 stone is pretty daunting, so set an achievable short term goal: your first could be to get below 15st, which you could probably do in a couple of weeks. Then set a new goal and reasonable time scale. This forum will give you lots of encouragement and ideas.
