Dear 7721
Now you can positively plan to do something about it and you will feel better when you take action
This forum will help you and you will find loads of information and support
Oh honey, I feel for you, I really do. You have come to the right place for support, hugs and encouragement, tips and advice. You are not alone at all, so please take some time to read other people's stories. We all start somewhere - the important thing is that you have taken this step to come looking here. A great decision. And now for some action: and yes, you can do it:
Is it possible for you to set yourself just 1 mini challenge for 1 week? like swap 1 unhealthy binge for 1 healthy snack? Or add just a 10minute walk to your day? Or plan 1 healthy meal a day? Prove to yourself that you can do this for 1 week and you are started. Or drop straight into the nhs 12 week weight loss programme? It looks amazing and i have read some really inspiring stories on here.
And i think you could really get sth out of the happiness challenge. Check out day 303 on the right hand column for this.
Good luck and take care
You can do this!!!
I'm sure you'll get lots of support here. It really is a step at a time and not being to hard on yourself. Tell yourself You are great and can so anything you set your mind to. Good luck.
Welcome to the forum. You are not alone! I started my weight loss on here also weighing more than at full term pregnancy. I was so horrified at myself. I never really lost my baby weight from child 2 - who will be 10 next month! But with the help of this forum I have almost done it now, I feel like I'm on the home straight and making life changes that'll keep me there.
So give yourself a big cheer for joining this site - that's a huge positive step in the right direction. Best of luck.
Thanks I will try
