I cannot believe I just finished my 6th day of getting of sugary things!!!!! I am quite a excited!!!. And I joined the gym hoping to keep feeling good about myself and continue to do good things with me and my soul. Please keep me in your thoughts. And that I continue to grow in taking small steps in food sobriety.

I want to thank you all for the help you have given me in the past year and a half for your patience to get to this point when even I did not have hope in myself to do the work. I needed to get healthy. I am ready now. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. And take care.

Thank-you. I finally feel in such control and sane. I feel in control of the sugar that I never had before. All my life I tried and tried and finally think there is a reason for everything. And this is my final calling in attacking this addiction.!!!!!

Well good luck 👍 with your positive attitude no doubt you will overrule that addiction, they say sugar is the most addictive substance. 💐
