I usually find the two times I eat badly are when I am tired and when I haven't planned out the next few days of eating.

The other danger can be not having enough water. Quite often your body will tell you its hungry when its actually thirsty. Try water and wait 15 before you give into hunger pangs - they could very well just be thirst.

By making sure you are getting enough sleep, remain hydrated and plan your meals you are definitely setup for success not failure.

hello one of the administrators will reply shortly with a link for beginners to help new users to navigate around the forum to get the full benefit of it. People are on different diets- some with disease specific diets, weighwatchers/slimming world, NHS 12 week weight loss plan, or well known diets such as pelos, 5:2 in all its variations, there is no right or wrong way for loosing weight- its whatever works for you. For me it was the NHS weight loss plan, which is calories counting since I still ate what I liked but made sure that I kept within my allowance- though I have had an occasional blip!!! Mentally I can accept it because its not a diet, its just eating healthily!

I think being in the right mind set, helps. Keep telling yourself you can, and keep going on tough days. Be realistic, don't set impossible goals. Be kind to yourself, put your health first. Wishing you lots if success on your weight lose journey.
