Well first week started well that is until the weekend hit so no change on the scales! I will be more focused this weekend & see what Tuesday's weigh in brings!

MissisB makes a valid point. Not only does staying on here keep you busy (and theoretically away from the kitchen) but by reading and replying, it constantly reinforces your beliefs and aims.
I remember how scared I was of facing my first bunch of weekends and wish you all the best.

Morning Andy1972, well done on completing your first week to a new healthier you 🙌👍 like you I struggle most on the weekends ☺️
I now try to stay within my maximum amount of calories calculated by the NHS BMI calculator and go for one long walk (which I don’t usually get the opportunity to do during the week) and I find that this helps.
