Good morning Palcareteach, i myself have suffered with severe mental illness, which when in the grips of depression, caring for terminal ill mum I actually dropped weight. It was only late when I was given medication treatment, which made me zombie like. The weight piled on just over 5 stones in my case. I can relate to both depression, utter distress and weight gain. It has made me stronger than ever to battle my mental health issues, through talking, exercise and healthy eating, suppose to medical model of treating purely by medication. To date I have lose 1 stone and half i have a very long way to go still. You too can choose the healthier lifestyle choice.
