Hi Everyone fell off the grid for 7 weeks because of surgery on both eyes, so wasnt allowed to read/write for weeks but now I can see yeh:) Its is amazing how much everyone support and encouragement became part of my day and making me feel so much more positive in losing weight and when I didnt I still felt good with being here.

I think my last weigh in was 23rd August which was 11:07 and after 7 weeks I am 11:05 which I feel good with.

I did gain weight so went on the 12 week plan 4 weeks ago but it has been sooo hard. There were so many days that I would eat more than my calorie aim and would get down so much. I know I still lost some weight which is good but would have loved to have lost so much more. So really happy to be back because I missed all your wonderful support and encouragement. Look forward to be apart of this great forum again. Have a wonderful week everyone:) :) xx

Welcome back. You just concentrate on ensuring your eyes recover properly and you can focus on the weight later. You e lost weight so you're making all the right choices. Well done and take care💐

Thank so much wa2un7. You are right that I must concentrate on my eyes as they are very important. Dont know how I did lose the weight because there have been many many times I have broken down and filled my mouth with bad yummy stuff. But being back here and have people like you support me and others I know I will be able to resist these pesky pests:) Have a great week:)
