The dreaded scales!

Hi I'm Nick new to this community.I have just(4wks ago) given up alcohol and taken up the couch to 5k programme.I eat a fairly healthy diet but after initially loosing about half a stone my weight will not come down.its like a sea saw few pounds of one day back on the next-very disheartening.any advice please?

Welcome nick49 I too am running the C25K, just a couple of weeks ahead of you. I am amazed that I am managing. Ran 30 mins this morning with 3x2 mins walk in between - can't believe it.
