Yes it can be very tricky and for more than 10 years I have used that excuse. For me I have had to become a bit obsessed with it 😊 I now log everything I eat into a free calorie counting app and try my hardest to stay within my calorie range calculated by the NHS BMI calculator. When I would usually comfort eat I come on here and read through posts etc or try doing something, anything like even just taking a shower or tidying some things away or even better just walking somewhere. You can do it, make this Monday the day 💪👍
I suggest that you join the Monday weigh-in, Georgee, so that you are kept accountable over the weekend.
You have to stop looking at food and drink as treats/rewards and find other things, such as a trip out, new outfit, pamper time, etc.

I log all my food on Myfitnesspal and make sure I put everything in there - it helps keep me focused, also logging on here and posting in the Daily Diary is good too as others can see what you are eating and comment on it and make suggestions - BUT the best bit of the Daily Diary is in my opinion - Ssssshhhh don't tell anyone ........ is stealing their food ideas
