Hi everyone

I'm starting again.

I joined a few months ago but didn't really do it properly ie: stick to weigh in days. I have lost half a stone just by cutting out high carb foods, but this still isn't enough, my dr said I am one point into a diabetes diagnosis, I do the tests again in a months time.

I need to lose another 2 stone to be in a healthy range. I go to slimming world classes and this seems to keep me on track, I weigh in on Thursday so would like to stick with this weigh in day.

Should I be posting here, not sure.

With weighing in press on the home button near strawberries then go to the right of the page where topics etc will be and in events you will find today's weigh in page. If you are using mobile it is apparently at the bottom of the page but I don't use this so don't know properly.

I have the same amount to lose. You can do it. Just stick around and participate and you'll be fine.
