Hello and welcome Lynnpridham you have come to the right place 😊 I’m not married to a farmer but I also love my food. However, I have learned careful portion control and lost almost 3 stones.

Welcome aboard. Lots of women on here who had (or are still conquering) a similar weight issue. I started my journey in 2014 at 12 st. With calorie control and a bit more walking I lost 2 stone , slow and steady over ten months. There is strong evidence that losing weight more slowly is more likely to stay off. I'm now well into my second year of maintaining 9st 7 - 9st 9. Use the support and tips on this site and you can do this too .
