Apart from the fact that it means you have to lose the weight again, Vickster, we're delighted to have you back in the fold :)

Welcome back vickster5 ,

Great to see you again, and hope you're well - enjoy your week and wishing you success with your goals.

Zest :-) (Not sure if you remember me, I've changed my name - used to be 'Lowcal' now 'Zest') :-)

Ah thank you for your welcome- yes I remember you and all your support , you made such a huge difference to me! I have had a difficult year with my back hence 1 stone back on (had lost 4). So even though i am limited on exercise i can get back to some good eating ways. I hope you are well and well done on being a maintainer that is excellent!

Sorry to hear about your back - hope it isn't too painful. I know that 1 stone has gone back on, but remember you've still maintained a loss of 3 whole stones, which is really great! Hopefully you can get back into some good eating ways with the support of the forum, and I'd like to wish you continued success.

Thanks for your kind words, and great to see you here again - there's lots of things going on - so will look forward to seeing you around and about. Have a great week.

Zest :-)

Welcome back vickster5 😊

I’m sorry to hear about your back. I also have back problems and it’s very draining 😊

Good luck with your weight loss. I’m sure you will soon be back where you want to be 😊

Best wishes

Anna

Hi vickster5 sorry you have had such a rotten year, I'm struggling with a bad back that started in July and though the sharpest joint pain is settling I now have problems with all the surrounding muscles and tendons and struggling to do my walks though I'm still ok with my Pilates. I'm inspired that you're making an effort to return to the eating part of the equation as I just can't get motivated to count calories when I'm restricted from doing things I enjoy which also burnt a fair amount of energy! I wish you all the best with your re-start and hope to be joining you at some point 😀
