That is quite a lot of weight to lose per week. Does it have to be that much? Optimal is to lose about 1 kilo a week.

Losing that amount in a week is not healthy and we recommend 1kg a week, to lose 2.5kg a month would be more realistic some weeks you can lose more and other weeks you can lose less
I suggest you look at the NHS 12 week plan and do the BMI calculator - you will find these in the link I am posting below
