To have stepped on the scales after a tough week (started a new university placement, had a cold AND ‘that time of the month’) and still lost 2.2lbs.

It’ll be 2 months since I started my weight loss journey again (after losing 20lbs last year) and I’m now 26lbs down. 46lbs lighter than my heaviest feels great but still about 2 stone to go - I still can’t see much difference on my body though which is hard.

I feel a bit in need of encouragement as I haven’t done any exercise for over a week now and scared of trying to get back on it.

hi FGS0131 i have updated your badge :) well done on your loss

So sorry to hear you have been unwell, a wee bit of Freshers flu it sounds like to me ;)

Wishing you all the best with getting back to exercising, but take it slowly if you are still feeling under the weather and work up slowly :)

It’s great you’ve started again and lost 1 kg, 2.2 lbs. exercise is always worse in prospect than reality and once you do it you feel really energised so get those trainers on and you’ll soon feel better
