Hi mandyflatt have a good read of the September Newbie club link that was sent to you in a link when you joined. It explains everything.

Or just look to the right of your computer screen when you are in the home page and it is under events. Just say you are new and post your starting weight. If you are on a mobile, in home page scroll right down to the bottom and you will find it.

When you click on 'Home' you can find it under 'Events' on the right hand side when you scroll down OR at the bottom of a mobile phone. Or...
