Just one and half pound to lose.. to hit my three stone marker.. going to admit had chocolate last weekend 🙄 don't think I've ever felt so guilty ..after eating it but to late then 😂😂

If the choccy was part of your overall calorie allowance then no need to feel any guilt at all. Life should be enjoyable and a little bit of something nice as part of a sensible plan, I would class as a good thing.

Well done on your journey so far. If you've managed to a whiskers breath of three stone I wouldn't beat yourself up over chocolate. You've got the rest of your life with over two stone off! Whoop whoop. What an achievement! You can do it.
