Mad couple of days at work, missed the weigh in but figured best to get back on and fess up. As you know I made it back to work after putting on a few pounds after an indulgent but wonderful field break and vacation with family and friends.
Pleased to say I have dropped straight back in to the time tested and true ways of the NHS weight loss plan. Even though I haven't been heeding my own advice of using the forum to the utmost for help and support (imagine a sheepish grin and apologetic eyes) the formula still works.
Although I missed posting on Friday I have lost a couple of pounds in a little over a week, and am now a whisker off my old mini goal of 300 lbs, 300.2 to be precise. Looking to lose another half a stone in the next 4 weeks, doable but challenging.
Stick to the program and guess what, it works!

Well done on being nearly back to your old mini goal
Wishing you all the best for the next 4 weeks and getting 7lbs off
That was my plan, unfortunately an incident at work kept me busier than usual, not the most relaxing atmosphere when 3 layers of management descend as well as the HSE crew. All good though glad to be on the other side of the paperwork! Will be there this week, and thankfully can haul my losses along with me!
