I have been counting calories for twelve weeks. I have lost just over a stone ( 14 lbs ) this is the first time for me to diet. I am in it for the long term due to health reasons.
The goal when I started was to get under 12 stone for the first time sine I was 17 years of age. A very long time age 😂
I have been 11 stone 10 ( 156 lbs ) for a two weeks. So trying to stay at this weight.
Maintaining a calorie deficit is the biggest and best advice I have had and can give.
