I to have tried SW and WW and have started MFP I think sometimes you need a new diet to mix things up a bit. I'm hoping the scanning device on mfp will make it easier.
I don't like the word "diet", prefer to call it healthy eating!
I lost 1 1/2 stone in 10 weeks at Sw, ate more than I would usually, did not feel hungry or deprived of any food. Enjoyed trying different easy recipes, and the weight loss was the icing on the cake! I plucked up the courage and went on my own, be good if you have a friend to go with, that way you can support and encourage one another. I was determined and believe you me, 1 1/2 stone is a lot to be carrying around everyday, feel so much better mentally and physically

I prefer doing the NHS 12 week plan and don't see it as a "Diet" but a new healthy way of eating
Here we have a weigh in every day - but you just pick one day a week and there is always someone to chat to and ask advice etc, your not having to wait to the day the SW or WW class is
