Could someone post the linkto the bmi calculator with the daily calorie intake as looked everywhere on nhs site and done the bmi calculator but cannot see any daily calorie amount in the results?!

you should be able to find it in the orange line that goes across, if there is no orange line this should mean that you are now a healthy weight. So well done. It doesn't give you any calorie information if you are a healthy weight. Does it tell you what your bmi actually is?

Ah thanks, that's why! Yes bmi jst inside the orange but I'm a stone heavier after steroids so would like help as nothing working atm :(

With regards to your calorie target, you can "tweak' the results by pretending to me a pound or two heavier and it will then suggest a calorie target 😊
