Spare tyre

Well my visit to the consultant confirmed my spare tyre is still my oversized spleen . So after two rounds of treatment will have another biopsy which will determine what's next. I am still taking the road to weight loss, healthy eating has got to be a factor in my recovery and shedding the excess weight will help body and soul to cope with whatever is next on the agenda. Two weeks away on holiday before I find out . A very welcome break which I fully intend to enjoy but not over indulge.
