Hello can someone tell me if there's a good tracker on here ? and also a calculator for calories etc. Many thanks Lesley.

If you're following the 12 week plan, there are sheets to be filled in daily and you can get a calorie counter here

I'm a bit of a dinosaur and prefer pen and paper, but lots of people download the My Fitness Pal App, or use their Fitbits and similar to track.
