Hi my husband is Diabetic and also suffers with NASH. We were advised to make sure my husband had some nourishment during the night. We have been prescribed Ensure drinks. He takes one to bed and drinks it during the night. They seem to work well for us. Also a diet rich in protein such as eggs, meat and cheese. NASH is such a horrible condition. I am sorry to hear about your husbands condition but wonder of you meant to post on the Weight Loss Forum? Perhaps the healthy eating or the diabetes forum may be more help?
