Just a small up date after having a hip replacement 22 days ago I can walk a little with out my stick so I am getting there .but not to good with the weight I am not been careful in what I have to eat so I think I will start all over again when I get discharged from the hospital .because I can do the shopping I just have to cook what my brings home

Glad to hear your hip replacement went well. Take it easy with that walking and try not to over do it. Don't worry about your weight at the moment, just concentrate on your recovery for now. Hope you get discharged soon from the hospital.
