I have been bad and my weight has bloomed to 11.12 this morning (I'm 5st4). I was originally complaining about my weight at 10st4 and just kept on putting on. Today is different as I have decided I'm going to always reply to a minimum of two posts on here as this is such a positive site. Hopefully this will help me control my appetite (as I get v hungry). I'm not going to push myself too hard but will do 15m walk on walk dvd each day (which I found quite enjoyable).
This morning I had granola w Greek yoghurt and tea.
Lunch I will have haddock with beans and frozen veg. Snacks will be fruit. I hope I stick to this. For dinner I'm still thinking ???

Thank you zest and matets. I really hope I do this. I'm feeling A bit down already cos I had butter with my jacket pot and 1tbsp oil to fry chicken in, think that may be the problem. I just want something quick/filling and healthy for dinner but not sure what to have ? Did my exercise but this is on my mind and I can't stop thinking about it now .cals are 1400 now and was hoping to be 1300 today
